SULLIVAN, McGIBBONS, CRICKARD & ASSOCIATES LLP is seeking a legal secretary with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience with estate planning as well as estate and trust administration.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 3 years legal secretary experience with estate planning and estate and trust administration preferred.
- Working knowledge of legal documents.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites, Adobe, ShareFile, and NetDocuments.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work product.
- Superb organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Excellent follow through and time management.
Duties will include:
- Provide support to 1-2 attorneys.
- Draft, format, proofread, and /or edit documents and related correspondence.
- Communications with clients.
- Scheduling and calendaring.
- Internal file management.
- Other related duties as required and/or assigned.
Office Hours & Work Schedule:
- Office Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Work Schedule: Monday thru Thursday: in-office / Friday: remote optional
