SULLIVAN, McGIBBONS, CRICKARD & ASSOCIATES LLP is a law firm located in Carmel Valley, San Diego area, representing clients in estate planning, probate, trust administration, tax-exempt organizations, probate litigation, gift and estate tax issues. We are seeking a legal secretary with a minimum of 3 years’ experience. Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 3 years legal secretary experience with trust and estate planning experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites and Adobe
- Working knowledge of legal documents
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work product
- Superb organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Excellent follow through and time management
Duties will include:
- Provide support to 1-2 attorneys
- Draft, format, proofread, and /or edit documents and related correspondence
- Communications with clients
- Scheduling and calendaring
- Internal file management
- Other related duties as required and/or assigned
Office Hours & Work Schedule:
- Office Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Work Schedule: Monday thru Thursday: in-office / Friday: remote optional
