SULLIVAN, McGIBBONS, CRICKARD & ASSOCIATES LLP is seeking a mid-level associate with minimum 5 years’ estate planning and trust administration experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience in estate planning/advanced planning, estate and trust administration, probate administration as well as guardian and conservatorships.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years estate planning/advanced planning and estate and trust administration experience.
- Licensed to practice law in California.
- Experience preparing estate planning and/or advanced planning documents, including wills, powers of attorney, advance health care directives, installment sale transactions, and irrevocable trust and other various trusts.
- Experience in estate and trust administration, including asset allocation planning, sub-trust funding, the creation and funding of various sub-trusts, trust accountings, preparation and filing of federal estate and gift tax returns, and post-mortem income tax planning.
- Experience in probate administration, including preparation and filing of court documents.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work product.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent follow through and time management.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites, Adobe, ShareFile and NetDocuments.
Duties will include:
- Support a busy estate planning practice.
- Comminications with clients and other counsel.
- Record billable time and meet minimum monthly billable hour requirement.
Office Hours & Work Schedule:
- Office Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Work Schedule: Monday thru Thursday: in-office / Friday: remote optional
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: starting at $150,000 annually
