Sean is an associate attorney for Sullivan, McGibbons, Crickard & Associates LLP.  Sean gives counsel to individuals, families and business owners in all areas of estate and succession planning.  His practice is focused on asset protection, generational wealth transfers, and complex trust and probate administrations. Sean is experienced in advising on and drafting revocable and irrevocable estate plans, Heggstad petitions, and petitions to modify and construe trust terms.

Sean graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law. He competed in the Paul A McLennon Sr. Honors Moot Court Competition where he won awards for First Place, Best Oralist, and Best Petitioner Brief. He was inducted into the Order of Barristers upon his graduation, a prestigious national organization that honors top law students in advocacy skills.
